Returns and Refunds
We want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your belt or accessory when it arrives, but in the unlikely event that there are any problems with a product, please have a read of the following:
As many of our products are custom made to order, any errors in the sizing you have provided to us will not be eligible for a refund or replacement so it's important to read our sizing guide carefully and make sure you order the right size. In some cases we may be able to amend a product, but you will be responsible for any return shipping and materials required.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will of course be able to offer you a replacement or repair and we will cover the shipping to facilitate this, just get in touch and we would be happy to help.
If you need to return an item for any of the above reasons, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product and return it within 14 days of receipt.
Lifetime Repairs Warranty
We believe in offering a belt for life and therefore offer a lifetime repair warranty with all our leather products.
Any aesthetic defects such as scratches etc. accrued with use, stretching, natural blemishes on the leather and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
We will endeavour to match the materials and components used in the original product wherever possible, but in some cases may have to use an alternative at our own discretion. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.
We cannot cover your product for misuse, but it can usually be repaired at a minimal cost, just get in touch and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible to ensure you continue to enjoy your Strapped Leather product.
Manufacturing and Shipping Lead Time
We will endeavour to start work on your bespoke items as soon as possible after you place an order; We will usually despatch your product within 5 days of an order being placed. Shipping to UK addresses should take no longer than 2 days, whilst international orders may take up to 10 days to reach you.
